The comments appear in Simon Spence’s manifesto, where the QC, a member of Red Lion Chambers, states a new AGFS should be negotiated. He includes that the fee structure must be altered beyond just the removal of the page-count aspect, with payment for all hearings and proper reward for early preparation. To pay for this he recommends a’re- allocation of moneying away from the litigators’ fee.’.
